Description

Mill House, situated at Thornborough Mill, dates to the late 18th century, with alterations and extensions made in the 19th century. The house is constructed of coursed rubble stone, with timber lintels over the openings, and has a slate roof. The front, facing west, has three bays. The taller right-hand bay features tripartite casement windows. The two lower bays to the left have a smaller, similar casement window to the ground floor of the central bay, early 19th-century sash windows to the first floor, and a door in the left-hand bay. A wing to the rear is built of rubble stone and brick.
