Description

Johnsons Farmhouse, dating from the 17th century, has been altered over time. The house is timber framed and cased in 18th-century brick, with a colourwashed finish. It features an old tile roof and a chimney stack on the left side, with a later addition of a bay to the left. There are two gabled dormers, each with 3-light casements. The building is 1-storey and has an attic. A modern central door is situated under an open porch, with the roof continuing down from the main roof. There are 3-light casements on each side of the door. Inside, there is an inglenook fireplace in the left-hand room and exposed timber framing.

Accompanying the farmhouse are two small timber-framed outbuildings, one on each side. The building on the left is weatherboarded, while the one on the right is a small barn with exposed timbers and modern brick infill. Both outbuildings have old tiled roofs.
