SU 99 NW 3/45 Beamond End Farmhouse

II 2. House early C17 timber framed extended in brick with tile-hangin C1700. L-plan, 3 bays of early Cl7, the right hamd bay altered and extended to form 4 bay East front. Hipped old tile roof with end wall stacks to east range. East range 2 storey with C19 brick cased ground floor and C19 sashes. Tile hung first floor with 4 original leaded cross windows. Rear range one and a half storeys with exposed timbers to side and rear and brick-clad South front. Casement windows. Queen strut roof trusses with wind- braces. To rear, in angle, a C18 staircase block.
