Description

The Bakery is a shop with offices above, dating from the early 19th century. The ground floor is rendered and features a moulded wooden cornice. The upper floors are constructed of brick, with rendered band courses, window surrounds, and a moulded cornice at the parapet. A brick stack is located to the right, and the roof is concealed. The building has four storeys and one bay, with a segmentally curving front. All windows and the door are also curved. The ground floor includes 19th-century barred shop windows on either side of a central half-glazed door, which has a rectangular fanlight above it. The upper storeys are fitted with four-pane sash windows.
