Description

Manor House is a late 18th-century double-pile house, originally double-fronted, with a 19th-century extension to the south-east end. The house was altered in the mid-19th century and around 1900. It is constructed of brick with dentil eaves and has a hipped roof covered in old tiles. There are three large, tapering brick chimneys. The house is two storeys and has an attic.

The south-west front features wooden casement windows with glazing bars. The ground floor windows have transoms, though the bars have been removed from the lower lights. The outer bays have three-light windows, the centre bay has a four-light window above a canted bay window; between the left bays are two-light windows, one of which is in a blocked doorway. A 20th-century door is located to the right. The rear elevation has irregular mid-19th-century casement windows with shaped wooden arches to each light, set within gauged brick heads. A tall staircase window is located between the right bays, and there are two small gabled dormers with cusped bargeboards.

The north-west entrance front has two bays of barred wooden casements, a dentilled gable above the upper right window, and central double doors with a heavily moulded arch dating to around 1900. The interior has been altered.
