Description

Number 89 Walton Road is a late 17th century building that stands two storeys high with an attic, constructed of brick and pebble-dash, topped with an old tile roof. The elevation facing Walton Road is asymmetrical and features a Dutch gable on the right side, which includes scrolls and a pediment. There are two 2-light windows on each floor to the right, while the left side has one window on the first floor, which extends through the roof plate as a gabled dormer. All the windows have been modernized. At the back of the house, there is a gable that is timber framed with brick infilling.
