Description

No 18 on High Street is a building dating from the 15th to 16th century that has been altered. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features a timber frame with colour washed brick infilling set on a stone plinth. The roof is covered with old tiles. A large central chimney has three diamond-shaped brick shafts with offset heads, resting on a weathered base that includes a dentil course. The windows are irregular casements, mostly modern, and have leaded glazing. There is a modern wing added to the southeast.
