The ground floor is constructed of whitewashed brick, the first floor is tile-hung, and it has an old tiled roof. The building is two storeys high, with two 19th-century casement windows on the ground floor and two gabled casement dormers on the first floor, situated either side of a central gable with a casement window. A central doorway features a ribbed wooden surround beneath an open pediment supported by consoles. A large, central red brick chimneystack has square plan shafts. The interior contains chamfered beams. Lord’s Mill House forms part of a group with Lord’s Mill and a barn.
