Description

The Minerals, also known as Mineral Cottage, is an early 19th-century building located on Mineral Lane. It is constructed of yellow brick and features a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate, along with a wide eaves cornice. The building stands two storeys tall and has two round-headed lights for each of its two windows. The central doorway is topped with a cambered arch. This building is included in the listing partly due to its historical significance as a former spa.
