Description
This outbuilding, located to the southeast of Colstrope Farmhouse, is listed as a building of special architectural interest. It was formerly used as a cowshed and dairy. The structure features lower walls made of flint and brick, with part of the yard side rebuilt. Above the lower walls, there is a timber frame with weatherboarding, and the roof is covered with plain tiles. The building is lofted and consists of four bays. On the yard side, there are two windows in the left bay, a stable door and window in the second bay, and double doors in the third bay. Inside, the building displays re-used timbers, including curved braces, queen post trusses, and cruck blades that serve as tie beams.
