Description
Willowbank is a house dating from the early 19th century, although it has older origins. It is constructed of coursed, squared limestone with a slate roof and brick end stacks. The building features a two-unit plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. There is a door on the left with panelled reveals, a pilastered wood surround, and a straight hood. To the right on the ground floor, there is a 12-pane sash window with a wooden lintel, and similar windows are found on the first floor. To the left, there is a slightly lower two-story, two-window extension made of red brick, which also has 12-pane sash windows on both the ground and first floors, featuring flat-arched heads. The right side and garden front of the house are constructed of red brick.
