Description

Ravenseat Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and two first-floor windows, with quoins and ashlar surrounds around the openings. Between the bays, there is a four-panel door, and to the right, there is a boarded door set in a surround on a plinth. The cottage has four-pane sash windows and shaped kneelers. There are stacks located at the left end and towards the right end of the building. This cottage is included for its group value.
