Description

The bridge over Hearne Beck, located in High Abbotside Fossdale, dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble and features a segmental arch made of rubble voussoirs, which is topped with a hood-mould. The parapet has saddleback coping. This bridge is included in the listing for its group value.
