Description

This lych gate, located approximately 30 metres to the west of the Church of St Wilfred, was built in the early 20th century. It is constructed from rubblestone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The gate itself is made of wood with vertical bars and a central spindle, which is supported by attached weights in the flanking walls. Above the gate is a pitched roof made from reused timbers.
