Description

High Beckfoot Bridge, formerly known as Packhorse Bridge, is a packhorse bridge that spans Barbon Beck. It was likely built in the late 17th century or 18th century and is constructed from stone rubble. The bridge features a shallow segmental arch, with the abutment on the south side being higher than the rest. It has a plain coped parapet and the roadway is approximately 1 meter wide.
