Description
This is an outbuilding located to the south of Underley Grange, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble with ashlar dressings. The building features coped gables with kneelers, and the east gable end includes a pitching eye. The north elevation, which faces the return of Underley Grange, consists of three bays with openings that have ashlar surrounds. The central bay on the first floor has a round-headed opening. There is a short ramped wall attached to the left-hand end, which has a square rusticated gate pier topped with a ball finial, along with a gate that is part of a pair connecting this outbuilding to Underley Grange.
