MALHAM MOOR LOW TRENHOUSE ROAD (north side) Outbuilding approximately 5 metres west of Low Trenhouse (formerly listed as former Low Tren House)

Farmhouse, now outbuilding. Mid-late C17 with early C19 refenestration and conversion to outbuilding c1911. Coursed limestone rubble, graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays with 2-storey porch between bays 1 and 2. Quoins to left. Porch entrance: board door in quoined surround with segmental arch under square chamfered head. Small single-light window above. Bay 1 windows: former sashes, now boarded, in plain stone surrounds to each floor. Bay 2 (right of porch): window as bay 1 to ground floor; a 2-light hollow-chamfered mullioned window to first floor. Similar windows to bay 3 but mullion missing to first floor. Ridge stacks, a large main stack to right of porch and a smaller stack to left. Interior: not recorded at resurvey but reported to contain a large fireplace with broken lintel on corbels to right of central room. Yorkshire Buildings Study Group, Report No. 1112, 1986
