Description

Joe House and outbuilding is a cottage and outbuilding dating from the late 18th century. The structure is built from rubble with quoins and features a stone slate roof. It stands two storeys high and has a rear outshut. On the first floor, there are two windows, and the doorway on the left has a boarded door. The cottage also has sash windows with glazing bars and two ridge stacks. The outbuilding to the left also has a boarded door. This listing is included mainly for its group value context.
