Description

Thwaite View is a farmhouse dated 1734, constructed from rubble with a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and features two first-floor windows. A central board door is set within an architrave that rests on plinths, with impost jambs and a keystone. Above the door, there is a stone inscribed with "R:M:1734". The ground floor has flat-faced mullion windows, with three lights to the left and others with two lights. The farmhouse has end stacks and the interior includes chamfered beams.
