Description

The wall to the garden of School Hill House is an 18th-century structure that has been repaired in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is primarily made of red brick, with some blue brick and a chequered pattern of red and blue bricks. The western side features knapped flint, and there is a knapped flint plinth with a red brick band. The wall stands approximately 12 feet high and stretches about 40 yards long, interrupted by a later 20th-century gateway with piers at the southern end. There is also a doorway in the center of the wall. This wall is located on the eastern side of the garden of School Hill House and is listed as part of the walls of Church Twittern.
