Description

No 38 is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the mid-18th century. The exterior features painted mathematical tiles and rusticated quoins. It has a paired bracketed cornice above a plain tiled roof, which includes a brick stack at the rear. The building stands three storeys high and has a two-window front with glazing bar sashes set in moulded surrounds. The shop front, which is an early 20th-century addition, includes a central inset glazed door.
