Description

The Malt House is a house dating from the late 18th century, with a 20th-century extension on the north side. The building features walls made of brickwork in blue headers, accented with red flush quoins and rubbed flat arches. It has a tiled roof and a symmetrical east front elevation that is two storeys high with three windows. The windows are sashes set in reveals. The entrance has a doorcase with an open pediment supported by brackets, an architrave, and an arch filled with Gothic glazing bars. The reveals are panelled, and the door is a six-panelled design with the top two panels glazed.
