Description

Bell Hill Cottage is an early 19th century cottage that stands two storeys high and features three windows. It has a moderately low-pitched slate roof with chimneys at both ends. The walls are made of malmstone, which is galleted with ironstone, and there are brick dressings. The cottage has stuccoed lintels above recessed sash windows that include glazing bars and very shallow segmental heads. The front door consists of three fielded panels and two glazed panels, set within a moulded architrave and topped with a cornice hood supported by curved brackets. There is a small extension at the right rear of the cottage.
