Description
No 12 Friar's Walk is a house built in the early 19th century. It features grey headers with red brick quoins and dressings. The roof is slate with a flat wooden eaves soffit and stacks located to the right. The building has three storeys and a single window front, with glazing bar sashes set in brick-dressed surrounds that have gauged heads; the windows on the second floor are shallower than those below. To the left, there is a round-arched entrance that includes a panelled door and a radiating fanlight.
