No 23 Friar's Walk is a house built in the early 19th century. It features grey headers with red brick dressings and has a flat wooden eaves soffit supported by single brackets beneath a slate roof, which has a stack on the right side. The house is three storeys tall and has a single window front. The first and second floors have glazing bar sashes, while the ground floor has a sash window. To the left, there is a panelled door with a radiating fanlight, set in a recessed round-arched entrance that has a moulded surround with key and impost blocks.
