Description

Picketts is a late 16th century timber-framed building with painted brick infilling, forming an L-shape. The east wing was rebuilt in red brick and may have been enlarged at a later date; however, the first floor of its original portion still oversails on the protruding ends of the floor joists. The south wing has a roof of Horsham slabs, while the east wing has a tiled roof. The building has casement windows and two storeys with five windows. A contemporary staircase is present within.
