Description
The stable and house located northwest of Golds House date from the early 19th century and around 1900. The stable block is positioned on the north side of the farmhouse forecourt, with the house attached to its rear. The structure features ironstone walls with brick quoins and cambered openings, while the house has brickwork above the ironstone. The roofs include a hipped tile roof with brick dentil eaves for the stable and a half-hipped slate roof for the house. The elevation consists of three sections: a central two-storey block that projects forward from a two-storey east wing and a single-storey west wing, which ends in a roadside wall. The house is a simple two-storey block situated behind the central unit. This building is included for its group value.
