Description

The pedestal near Hiorn's Tower is a Grade II listed structure located 50 yards west of Hiorn's Tower. It is an antique piece, with a legend stating that it was "found" in the Sevastopol Museum on 8 September 1855. The pedestal is made of marble and features a mid 19th-century granite plinth. It has a circular plan and is decorated with bucrania and festoons.
