Description
This is an early 19th-century cottage row, comprising numbers 124, 125, and 126 High Street, Lewes. The ground floor is constructed of red and blue brick in a chequered pattern, with red mathematical tiles covering the first floor. The building has boxed eaves and a plain tiled roof, with a section partially removed to the right. It features an end stack on the left and a ridge stack on the right, along with three irregular dormers. The fenestration is irregular, with three windows on each of the two floors, incorporating a mix of 19th-century glazing bar sashes and 20th-century casements. There are two entrances paired to the left of centre and a single entrance at the extreme right, each protected by a flat hood supported on shallow brackets. The doors are panelled; the second door from the left is half-glazed.
