Description

The Clubroom, built in 1873, is a rectangular structure made of flint and brick, topped with a tile roof. Its short side features a gable that resembles the nearby school. The gable is adorned with a boldly-curved and cusped bargeboard, complete with a finial. The walls consist of coarse flint, accented by brick quoins, a plinth step, and a surround for an upper panel. There is an oriel splayed bay supported by brackets, featuring cast-iron diagonal frames. A stone plaque within the panel is dated 1873.
