Description
Midhurst War Memorial is a structure made of Portland stone, featuring a cross that rises from a square pillar, which is set on a square plinth. On two sides of the pillar, there are plaques that display a carved wreath at the top, with the years 1914 – 1918 inscribed in the center, followed by a list of names. Additional plaques on the plinth commemorate those who served in the Second World War. The entire memorial is positioned on a three-stepped hexagonal base.
