Description

This is a house, later used as a club, dating from the 16th century, with a front of the early 19th century. The exterior is stuccoed, topped with a plain tiled roof and a parapet. There is a parapetted end gable to the left and a very tall ribbed red brick stack on the ridge, to the right of the centre. The house is two storeys high and has an irregular arrangement of windows; three windows on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The right-hand bay has tripartite sash windows on both floors, while the left-hand side has 20th-century iron-framed casements. A 20th-century boarded door is located on the extreme left. The upper room contains some 17th-century oak panelling.
