Stables, now garages. Dated 1818. Knapped flint with some rubble stone and some red brick banding. Red brick quoins and dressings. Boxed eaves to plain tiled roof. Two small openings with segmental heads to left and left of centre. Wide blocked segment-headed archway to right of centre and smaller blocked segment-headed doorway with keystone dated '1818' to left of centre. Boarded stowage door to right of centre up under eaves. The building is canted round a shallow bend on Rotten Row to right of centre, with a double quoin possible evidence for the left third being an addition. Deep catslide roof to rear with later C20 garage doors. Included for group value.
