Description
This is a house dating from the early 18th century, located at 105 High Street in Lewes. The building features a painted brick ground floor and stucco above, topped with a hipped plain tiled roof. There are small brick stacks at the rear and on the slope to the right, along with a small segmental head dormer on the hip at the left end. The house has two storeys and an attic, with an irregular arrangement of windows on the north front, including two on the first floor and two on the ground floor, all positioned towards the right end. There is also one window on each floor of the east end, with all windows being glazing bar sashes except for a casement window on the left side of the ground floor of the north front. The entrance features a boarded door located centrally on the north front, framed by an architrave surround and topped with a shallow flat hood supported by brackets.
