Description

This is a tombstone located 9 metres south of the church in Buriton, dating from the mid-18th century. It features a headstone with a carved relief at the top, surrounded by outer scrollwork that extends down each side, decorated with a series of diminishing buds. The central area of the tombstone includes armorial decoration. The inscription commemorates Henry Binsted and is dated 1760.
