Description

The Mill House and North Mill form a group of buildings situated on Easebourne Lane in Easebourne. The Mill House, located to the northeast of the mill, comprises two parallel ranges. The northwest range is likely the oldest part of the complex, dating probably to the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed stone with red brick dressings and quoins, and has a tiled roof. Original glazing bars are present in the windows. The house is two storeys high and has three windows. The southeast range of the Mill House probably dates to the mid-19th century, coinciding with the construction of the mill. This range is also stone-built.

The North Mill itself, dated 1840, occupies the site of an earlier building from the early 18th century. It is built of stone, weathered to a greenish gold colour, and has a tiled roof. The west-facing gable has a pointed doorway on the ground floor, with another directly above it featuring a balcony. A rectangular panel displays the date "1840" in the gable. The mill is two storeys high and has an attic within the gable. The south front has three windows, while the west front has four casement windows.
