Description

Harfield is a house that dates back to the 16th century, featuring a lobby-entrance timber frame, although most of the structure is from the 18th century. It includes a mid-19th century feature and has rear extensions from the 20th century. The walls are rendered, with a plinth, and the north gable displays some brickwork combined with flint panels. The roof is tiled. The west front elevation has two storeys and four windows, one of which is blank. The south side has a lower extension that lacks windows. The house features Victorian sash windows in exposed frames. There is a doorcase with a moulded canopy supported by carved brackets, leading to a four-panelled door.
