Description

This is a table tomb located 2 metres south of the south aisle of the church in Hambledon. It dates from the early 19th century and is a rectangular stone monument. The tomb features a moulded cap and corner pilasters that are designed with vertical grooves and fillets. The base is also moulded. The panels of the tomb are decorated with a Greek fret border, and there is an inscription that refers to Edward Hall, who died on November 16, 1823.
