Description

7A Church Lane is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It features walls made of colourwashed brickwork laid in Flemish bond, although some features have been altered. The roof is tiled. The building is set slightly forward of No. 7, which allows for windows in the west gable. The south front has two storeys and one window, with casement windows and a plain doorway. To the east, the building extends further at a lower level, creating a shed that is open at its east end. The west wall of this extension includes a doorway and a window. This cottage is included for its group value with the adjacent buildings.
