EAST DEAN PETWORTH ROAD SU 91 SW 9/146 Selhurstpark Farmhouse & the Cottage adjoining - - II

Early C19. Two storeys. Three windows. Faced with flints. Wide eaves cornice. Hipped slate roof. Windows with Venetian shutters and glazing bars intact. Modern portico of coupled columns with curved shell hood. To the east is a wing of lower elevation and two windows with a link wall which joins the house to a cottage of two window-bays.
