Description

LANCING COLLEGE DRIVE TQ 10 NE 2/9 The Old Farmhouse, Lancing College II Formerly called College Farm. L-shaped building. South west wing probably C17, altered, restored and refaced. Two storeys. Four windows. Ground floor red brick, above tile-hung. Two large and two small gables. Horsham slab roof. Casement windows. The north-east wing is an early C19 addition. Two storeys. Three windows. Three gables. Faced with flints with red brick dressings and quoins, but the southernmost and centre window bays with their gables above refaced, on the ground floor with roughcast and above with tile-hanging. Tiled roof. Sash windows with glazing bars intact. Modern porch.
