Description
This building is a terrace of houses located on Albion Street, dating from the early 19th century. The exterior is stuccoed, featuring a rusticated ground floor and a decorative band above the first floor. A moulded cornice crowns the slate roof, which has spine stacks positioned between the individual houses. The end houses are accentuated with pediments and large acroteria. The terrace consists of three storeys, including attics and basements with areas. The windows are regularly spaced, featuring glazing bar sashes, and there are balconies with decorative cast-iron balustrades above the ground floor, except for houses 2 and 9. The entrances are arched, with panelled doors and overlights, alternating with ground-floor windows. To the right of house 10, there is a single-storey archway that is rusticated, with a segmental arch and parapet, connecting it to house 11. The areas are enclosed by spearhead railings with vasehead standards.
