Description

The Forge is an early 19th century cottage located on the east side of The Street in Patching. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is faced with flints, accented by red brick dressings, quoins, and horizontal courses. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style. The actual forge building is attached to the northeast but is largely in a derelict state.
