The garden wall located at the angle of Delgar House and Dulaney Cottage was originally part of the northwest corner of the garden wall of Dulaney Cottage, which has since been demolished. This wall dates from the mid-19th century and is constructed of flint, featuring three horizontal bands of red brick.
