Description
The Parish Church of St John the Divine is a Grade I listed building located on the west side of The Street in Patching. The church features a chancel with a vestry to the north, a tower positioned as a north transept with a broached shingled spire, a nave, and a south porch. It dates back to the 13th century and includes some Perpendicular windows. The church underwent restoration in 1888, during which the vestry, south porch, and spire were added. It is a well-preserved small medieval flint church, although it has been significantly restored.
