Description

This is a row of cast-iron tomb monuments dedicated to the Medhurst family, located 15 yards northeast of the Church of St Anne. These monuments date from the 19th century and feature cast-iron posts with moulded cornices that support a plate displaying raised inscriptions. The dates on the monuments, from south to north, are 1835, 1881, 1878, 1863, 1846, 1840, 1839, 1838, 1831, 1828, 1834, and 1884. There are four monuments to the south and one to the north, which is longer than the others.
