Description

This tombchest, located in the churchyard to the northeast of the Church of St Peter, commemorates Sir Thomas Richard Dyer, Bart, and was constructed in 1838. It is made of stone and features inscriptions on each side, along with an urn on top. The tombchest is supported by a base with lion's feet at the corners. Surrounding it is an iron railing adorned with spear points and Roman-style decorations at the corners.
