Description

The cross shaft, located approximately 7 yards south of St. Bertram's Chapel at the Church of the Holy Cross, dates from the 10th century. It is made of stone and features a roughly circular base with a roughly square section shaft above a projecting band. All four sides of the shaft are adorned with interlace decoration, although the top of the cross is damaged.
