Description
7 King Street is a late 18th-century building that has been converted from a house to a shop. It is constructed of coursed dressed sandstone and features a Welsh slate roof.
The exterior consists of three storeys with a two-window range. The left side has large quoins, and the central doorway is quoined, flanked by shop windows with three panes on one side and two panes on the other, all beneath a continuous fascia. To the right, there is a side passage doorway with a flush panelled door and a plain lintel. On the first floor, there is a sill band above 2/2 sash windows set in ashlar surrounds. The second floor has shorter windows with projecting stone sills, featuring 12-pane casements also in ashlar surrounds. The building is finished with an eaves band and a moulded cornice.
The interior has not been inspected.
