Description

The Mill House is a house dating to circa 1820. It is constructed of coursed, squared buff sandstone rubble, with a Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge, and two stone chimneys. The house is two storeys high and has a three-bay front. The end bays feature three-light wooden casements set beneath rough stone lintels. The central bay contains a 20th-century studded board door, also under a rough stone lintel. The house is attached at right angles to Ginclough Mill and is listed for group value only.
